Webcash Global announced Wednesday that it has completed a project to deploy its cash management solution WeCMS at Haengsung Electronics' Vietnam subsidiary.
The WeCMS deployment marks the first case of providing corporate cash management (CMS) services to mid-sized and large companies in Vietnam. WeCMS is an integrated cash management solution designed for mid-sized and large enterprises in Vietnam, supporting functions including sales and purchase management, real-time cash flow monitoring, and exchange rate and bank transaction inquiries within a single system. While companies previously had to manage multiple bank accounts and financial systems separately, WeCMS enables integrated management through a single solution.
Permission-based internal control functionality is also a key feature of WeCMS. Once account information is registered, regular employees can only access inquiry and transfer functions within pre-configured parameters. Fund transfers are activated only after expenditure authorization and approval procedures are completed. This helps prevent embezzlement risks such as unauthorized withdrawals or fraudulent documentation.
