Global software company Adobe unveiled "Adobe CX Enterprise Co-Worker" on Monday, the company said.
Adobe CX Enterprise Co-Worker is a platform on which artificial intelligence (AI) agents deliver marketing solutions based on in-house corporate data. Until now, enterprise marketing teams had to manually connect scattered customer data, content and channels to create personalized experiences. Adobe designed AI to handle this process automatically, allowing companies to respond to customers more quickly and precisely with fewer staff.
Adobe CX Enterprise Co-Worker operates on the foundation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe's digital customer management platform, and Real-Time CDP for customer data.
CX Enterprise Co-Worker adopts open standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A), enabling seamless integration with other platforms. It works not only with Adobe's own tools but also across major AI platforms including AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft and OpenAI.
The platform also aggregates information from Adobe's marketing tools as well as external CRM systems, social media and news sources to deliver integrated insights. To support this, Adobe is also rolling out new features, including "Adobe Engagement Intelligence," a decision-making engine based on customer lifetime value; "Journey Optimizer Loyalty" for loyalty programs; and "CX Analytics," an integrated analytics tool.
"We bring together information from Adobe applications, enterprise systems and major AI platforms to bridge the gap between insights and execution," said Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president of customer experience orchestration engineering at Adobe. "We will support brands in delivering one-to-one personalized experiences at scale."
CX Enterprise Co-Worker is scheduled for official release within the coming months.
