Land transaction permit applications will be accepted at district and city offices in regulated zones on Saturday, May 9.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) said Thursday that Seoul's autonomous districts and relevant district and city offices in Gyeonggi Province will accept land transaction permit applications on May 9.
The measure was arranged through an agreement among MOLIT, the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gyeonggi Province, and frontline permitting authorities for public convenience. Transaction parties can visit the intake offices between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 9 to submit the required documents.
Applications are limited to permit filings related to the capital gains tax moratorium for multi-home owners. Submissions will not be accepted at Seoul City Hall, Gyeonggi Provincial Office, Suwon City Hall, Seongnam City Hall, Yongin City Hall, or Anyang City Hall, and intake will be unavailable during the lunch hour from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
