Xi S&D will begin sales of "Geomam Station Xi Rene" in May, a 601-unit apartment complex located in Block B-2 of the Geomam Station area in Seo-gu, Incheon.
The project marks the first private-sector apartment development in the Geomam Station public housing district. The complex is drawing attention for its strong accessibility to Seoul and competitive pricing under the government's price ceiling system.
Geomam Station Xi Rene will be built within Block B2 of the Geomam Station public housing district, spanning parts of Geomam-dong and Gyeongseo-dong in Seo-gu, Incheon. The development comprises five buildings ranging from three basement levels to 25 stories above ground, with all 601 units featuring 84 square meters of exclusive-use area. The units are divided into three types: 234 units of Type 84A, 246 units of Type 84B, and 121 units of Type 84C.
The Geomam Station public housing district covers approximately 810,000 square meters and is planned to accommodate around 16,200 residents in 6,636 households. Its primary advantage is accessibility to Seoul.
Geomam Station, located near the complex, serves as a transportation hub in Seo-gu, Incheon, where the Airport Railroad and Incheon Metro Line 2 intersect. The Airport Railroad provides rapid connections to key western Seoul business districts including Magok and Yeouido. The complex also offers convenient access to the metropolitan road network via the nearby Incheon International Airport Expressway (Cheongna IC).
Geomam Station is also planned for direct connection to Seoul Metro Line 9, which would dramatically improve access to the Gangnam area. Additional railway projects are planned for Seo-gu, Incheon, including extensions of Incheon Metro Lines 1 and 2 and the Han River Line (Line 5).
New elementary and middle schools and a kindergarten will be established within a 200-meter radius of the complex, all accessible on foot.
The development features quality living environments and specialized designs. All units are positioned to face primarily south, with approximately 1.5 parking spaces per household and a low building-to-land ratio. Gyeongseo Neighborhood Park is located directly in front of the complex, offering some units open park views and green surroundings. Neighborhood commercial facilities will be located north of the complex, with additional retail space planned within the development.
The product design reflects end-user preferences. All units feature the 84-square-meter exclusive-use area with a 100% four-bay plate-type structure. Some unit types include three-sided balcony designs that maximize service area and expand usable living space. Depending on the type, units offer generous storage options including large dressing rooms, entryway storage, and pantries. Community facilities exclusively for residents will be built within the complex.
The Geomam Station public housing district is being developed as a self-sufficient city combining residential, commercial, business, and lifestyle infrastructure. A multimodal transit center integrating business, commercial, and cultural facilities will be developed around Geomam Station to maximize connectivity to key business districts including Seoul's Magok, Digital Media City (DMC), and Seoul Station.
A model house will be established in the Gyeongseo-dong 998 area in Seo-gu, Incheon.
