Douzone Bizon (012510.KS) and Lotte Innovate (286940.KQ) announced Wednesday that they signed a memorandum of understanding for strategic cooperation on artificial intelligence-based enterprise resource planning systems at Lotte Innovate's headquarters in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, on Tuesday.
Through the agreement, the two companies plan to develop new business models by combining Douzone Bizon's OmniEsol platform with Lotte Innovate's DevMember, an AI-based software development lifecycle platform. OmniEsol is an integrated platform that consolidates key enterprise solutions including groupware, electronic approval, and document creation functions built on ERP.
The two companies will jointly train sales and implementation specialists to expand OmniEsol's market presence. Their strategy is to achieve AI transformation optimized for each industry by combining Lotte Innovate's understanding of various industrial sectors with Douzone Bizon's solution technology. Additionally, from the early stages of cooperation, both companies will provide technical support to their respective clients and explore new solutions optimized for enterprise customers.
