H Energy, a renewable energy platform company, announced Monday that Haetsal Green Cooperative, recruited through its platform "Mohaet," has exceeded 10,000 members.
Mohaet is H Energy's renewable energy investment platform. It manages recruitment and operations for seven cooperatives nationwide, including Haetsal Green Cooperative, Mohaet First, Ulsan Smart Energy, and Gyeongbuk Our Home RE100. Haetsal Green Cooperative is the largest among the seven.
As of the 2025 fiscal year-end, Haetsal Green Cooperative's membership reached 11,013, up 81% year-over-year. Total investment amounted to 253.8 billion won ($176 million), an 86% increase from the previous year. The cooperative now operates 966 commercial power plants, a 71% increase, with total capacity expanding 50% to 109 megawatts.
Power generation revenue rose 114% year-over-year to 27.2 billion won. Annual output surged 136% to 134.8 gigawatt-hours—enough renewable energy to power approximately 39,000 Seoul households for one year. Annual CO₂ reduction reached 531,360 tons compared to fossil fuel generation, equivalent to planting about 4.25 million pine trees.
"Through Mohaet, H Energy will continue expanding a structure where more citizens can directly own energy assets and returns circulate within local communities," said Ham Il-han, CEO of H Energy.
