Dong Haeng Lottery, the operator of Korea's national lottery, announced Saturday that the winning numbers for the 1,215th Lotto draw were 13, 15, 19, 21, 44, and 45. The bonus number for second prize was 39.
Sixteen first-prize winners will each receive approximately 2 billion won ($1.4 million).
Seventy-six second-prize winners, who matched five numbers plus the bonus number, will each receive 70.12 million won. Third-prize winners numbering 3,120, who matched five numbers, will each receive 1.71 million won.
Fourth-prize winners totaling 153,024 will receive a fixed prize of 50,000 won each for matching four numbers. Fifth-prize winners numbering 2,640,357 will receive 5,000 won each for matching three numbers.
Winners must claim their prizes within one year from the payment start date. If the deadline falls on a holiday, claims will be accepted until the next business day.
First-prize winning tickets were sold at locations including the official online lottery sales website, as well as retail outlets in Seoul, Busan, Gwangju, Ulsan, Gyeonggi Province, Gangwon Province, South Jeolla Province, North Gyeongsang Province, South Gyeongsang Province, and Jeju Island.
A retailer in Yeongam, South Jeolla Province, sold two manually selected winning tickets for the first prize. Such cases typically raise the possibility that a single buyer may have won twice.
