Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation (Gyeonggi Shinbo) has unveiled its "2026 4S Management Strategy" aimed at stabilizing the local economy and providing tangible support to residents, continuing its field-centered management approach.
Gyeonggi Shinbo announced on the 8th that it held a "2026 Central Region Town Hall Meeting for Supporting Residents' Success" at the multipurpose room on the first floor of Gyeonggi Technopark on the 6th, concluding its first-half regional support program briefings. The briefings were conducted sequentially across four regions of Gyeonggi Province to improve corporate accessibility and gather diverse field opinions.
Approximately 150 attendees participated in the event, including Gyeonggi Shinbo Chairman Si Seok-jung, officials from the Small Enterprise and Market Service, and business representatives from Anyang, Bucheon, Ansan, Siheung, Gwacheon, Gwangmyeong, Gunpo, and Uiwang. The program began with sharing domestic and international economic trends, followed by presentations on Gyeonggi Shinbo's 2026 major credit guarantee support policies and the Small Enterprise and Market Service's startup, business stabilization, and recovery support programs.
The 4S strategy announced at the briefing comprises four core implementation pillars: Support (economic recovery), Scale-up (future growth), Synergy (open management), and Smart (internal innovation).
Support focuses on inclusive financial assistance for sales recovery and business normalization of provincial enterprises. Scale-up aims to strengthen corporate competitiveness and qualitative growth through AI-based customized guarantees and consulting services. Synergy emphasizes reinforcing Gyeonggi Province's role as an economic cooperation hub through community partnerships. Smart seeks to enhance policy outcomes through data-driven risk management and organizational capability building.
"In line with the government's declaration of 2026 as the inaugural year of economic advancement, Gyeonggi Shinbo will strengthen customized support based on corporate life cycles and customer conditions to help residents focus on their businesses with stability," Chairman Si Seok-jung said. "Based on this year's 4S strategy, we will contribute to Gyeonggi Province's sustainable growth and regional economic revitalization by supporting corporate competitiveness through global expansion and digital transformation."
Gyeonggi Shinbo plans to incorporate field opinions gathered through the regional town hall meetings into future policy design and system improvements to expand demand-oriented customized support.
