D.Camp announced on January 16 that it will host the Batch 2 "D.Day" event on January 30 at its venue in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
The theme of this D.Day event is "Deep Dive." The name reflects the event's aim to take an in-depth look at how elite deep tech companies that have broken through technological thresholds have converted their persistent research and development achievements into business value. Participating companies will unveil not only their technological completeness but also the concrete business collaboration models they have developed over the past year.
The event also serves as an opportunity for the seven Batch 2 startups selected in March last year to present their journey toward achieving market establishment and technological advancement in the deep tech and materials, parts, and equipment industries.
Participating companies include: DS, developer of DeepSeers, an AI-based conversational semiconductor defect detection system; Eflow, a mobility and robotics company based on ultra-compact, high-power AFPM motor technology; Loas, an AI acoustic analysis technology-based industrial site safety diagnostic system; Tesolo, which designs and mass-produces multi-joint robot grippers; TR, an AI precision diagnostic solution company for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and respiratory diseases; VPP Lab, developer of FlowV, an energy optimization platform based on virtual power plant (VPP) technology and energy storage systems (ESS); and Viewzen, a smart glazing technology company developing glass and film products using PDLC and EC technologies.
The event will feature performance presentations from the seven startups, an "Innovation Showcase" where attendees can directly see the companies' key achievements, and "Open Networking" sessions for industry professionals to connect. Additionally, those who register in advance for "Private Networking" with Batch companies of interest can engage in focused business discussions immediately following each company's presentation.
