GS Neotek has presented the features and real-world industrial applications of its internally developed artificial intelligence platform, Miso.
Kim Yong-gyu, an AI research engineer at GS Neotek, introduced GS Group's Miso at the AWS Partner AI Cloud Solution Conference held at Lotte Hotel World in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on Tuesday. Miso is an enterprise AI platform jointly developed by GS Neotek and 52g (pronounced "oh-ee-jee"), the AX (AI transformation) team within GS Group. The platform is offered in various deployment formats, ranging from direct installation on corporate closed networks to software-as-a-service.
Miso's most distinctive feature is its no-code environment, which allows users to build AI applications without writing any code. The platform runs on multiple large language models including GPT, Gemini and Claude. It also incorporates a security framework that prevents internal corporate data from leaking while utilizing commercial LLMs. On the functional side, Miso can comprehensively analyze both internal and external corporate data to create data analysis dashboards tailored to employees' needs. An AI agent function that executes desired tasks through natural language commands is also included.
GS Neotek presented real-world cases of clients using Miso. One client deployed Miso to build a smart factory safety guide, reducing environmental change updates from four weeks to real time.
"It can be applied to every workflow in a company," Kim said. "Users can choose between a flexible AI agent mode for unstructured tasks and a workflow mode that follows set procedures to create their own AI applications."
