
CJ Olive Networks announced on the 19th that it has implemented Braze, a marketing automation CRM solution, on e-commerce platform 11Street's web and mobile applications.
The solution enables 11Street to deliver optimized messages to individual customers based on their shopping history and usage patterns. This reduces customer fatigue from random marketing messages while providing information tailored to individual interests and platform usage environments. Campaign performance can be monitored in real-time through dashboards without specialized data expertise. The platform also enables proactive campaign management by applying data-driven results and Braze's proprietary predictive AI models to anticipate customer responses.
