
Toss Securities is embarking on a large-scale recruitment drive across all job categories.
The company announced on the 16th that it will accept applications for experienced professionals across all positions through the end of this month. The recruitment scale is in the triple digits, marking the largest hiring initiative in the company's history.
Open positions span engineering, product, design, strategy, marketing, security, human resources, legal, finance, and customer management. Applicants may apply for multiple positions based on their experience.
Candidates must have at least three years of relevant work experience. The hiring process begins with document screening, followed by job-specific interviews, culture fit interviews, and reference checks. Depending on the position, portfolio submissions, assignments, or coding tests may be required.
During the recruitment period, Toss Securities will also operate a "Coffee Chat" program for prospective applicants. The program allows candidates to speak with current employees to learn about job responsibilities and company culture in advance.
