Amorepacific (090430) announced on the 13th that it has launched its shopping platform "Amore Mall" app on OpenAI's ChatGPT. This marks the first ChatGPT app in Korea's beauty industry, allowing ChatGPT users worldwide to explore and compare Amorepacific products during conversations.
The Amore Mall app within ChatGPT recommends products suited to users' skin types, concerns, and usage purposes. It also provides conversational features for comparing ingredients, efficacy, and prices across products. Amorepacific explained that the app launch is part of its "AI First" strategy, one of the key initiatives for achieving its mid-to-long-term vision. Last year, the company opened "Amore Chat," an AI chatbot service on its own mall.
Amorepacific plans to gradually expand services including payment and delivery integration through enhanced ChatGPT app functionality.
