Three apartment complexes nationwide will begin general sales of 1,279 units in the second week of March, while four model homes including Raemian Ellavine in Banghwa-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul will open to the public.
According to Real Estate R114 on the 8th, Doosan Engineering & Construction will begin sales of "Doosan Weave The Central Suwon" on the 10th through the Suwon 111-3 District Housing Redevelopment Project in Yeonghwa-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. The complex comprises six buildings ranging from two basement levels to 29 stories above ground, totaling 556 units. Of these, 275 units with exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 84㎡ will be offered for general sale.
The development benefits from well-established regional road networks including the Yongin-Seoul Expressway and Yeongdong Expressway, facilitating easy travel within the Seoul metropolitan area. Various lifestyle amenities including Starfield, E-mart Traders, Jangan-gu Office, and Suwon Sports Complex are located within a 10-minute drive. The complex consists of 10 buildings ranging from three basement levels to 16 stories above ground, totaling 557 units. Of these, 272 units with exclusive areas of 44㎡ to 115㎡ will be offered for general sale.
