Beauty brand Rom&nd announced Monday that it has selected Wonhee of K-pop group ILLIT as its brand model.
According to Rom&nd, Wonhee has long shown keen interest in makeup products and frequently used the brand's items. Last year, she made headlines by personally visiting Rom&nd's flagship store in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
Rom&nd plans to unveil new "Glasting Color Gloss" products with Wonhee. The lineup features six soft nude tones under the "Cream Nude Gloss" concept. The products will be available starting February 23 at Olive Young stores nationwide, both online and offline, as well as through Rom&nd's official website.
"Wonhee most symbolically represents our brand identity of 'a brand built together with consumers,' which we have emphasized since our launch, and that's what made this partnership happen," a Rom&nd official said. "This collaboration will serve as an opportunity to further expand communication with our consumers."
