
Employees at the Nowon District Office in Seoul prepare documents and guidance materials for land transaction permit applications on Wednesday, a day before the expiration of the grace period on heavier capital gains taxes for multiple homeowners. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, land transaction permit applications for property purchases in regulated zones can be submitted through Friday at Seoul's district offices and the relevant ward and city halls in Gyeonggi Province.
