BOA Technology has unveiled a lineup of golf shoes featuring the BOA Fit System for the 2026 Spring/Summer (SS) season, developed in collaboration with global golf apparel brands. The shoes feature dial platforms tailored to each brand's product design and technology, delivering a precise fit that wraps the foot evenly and provides stable wear.
Global golf brand FJ (FootJoy) released the new "PRO/SL BOA®," a spikeless golf shoe equipped with the brand's signature BOA Fit System. The PRO/SL line is a steady seller for FJ, having sold more than 3 million pairs worldwide since its initial launch in 2016.
The new model for this season features a completely redesigned upper layout, traction and cushioning structure. Z-TEC (Zonal Targeted Engineered Composite) design precisely positions the functions needed for each zone, including the upper, traction and cushioning. The BOA Fit System dial is located on the heel, wrapping the entire foot from heel to toe to deliver stable support and consistent performance throughout the round.
Descente Golf, operated by Descente Korea, introduced the high-performance "Arcment Golf Shoe Series" featuring carbon-material rebound design. The series was developed at DISC (Descente Innovation Studio Complex), Descente Korea's footwear R&D center, and refined through swing mechanism data analysis and real-field environment testing. Two models were released based on upper design: the "Arcment Max" and the "Arcment Tour."
A lightweight, high-elasticity carbon plate is placed in an X-shaped structure at key weight-bearing areas rather than across the entire midsole, converting energy generated during the swing into rebound force. A responsive traction outsole provides stable grip across various terrains. The BOA Perform Fit Wrap structure wraps the instep evenly and secures the heel firmly, enabling stable swings and powerful energy transfer.
Adidas Golf launched the latest model in its performance footwear franchise "Adipower." Designed under the slogan "Power Every Swing," the shoe is built as a daily performance golf shoe suitable for repeated wear between the driving range and the course. The upper combines a Powerband with the BOA Fit System, allowing the Powerband to move freely during swings while keeping the foot securely in place for consistent support even in powerful swing situations.
"The BOA Fit System delivers a precise fit and support tailored to each user's foot shape through micro-adjustment via the dial," a BOA Technology official said. "It provides stable support for foot movement during swings even over long rounds, offering golfers the best possible performance on the course."
