Yujin Group affiliate Dongyang (001520) has strengthened its ethics and compliance management framework through international standard certification.
Dongyang announced on the 12th that it obtained integrated certification for anti-corruption (ISO 37001) and compliance (ISO 37301) management systems.
The company explained that this certification represents external recognition that Dongyang's management system meets global standards for transparency and accountability. ISO 37001 is an international standard for preventing and managing bribery and corruption within organizations. ISO 37301 is an international standard for compliance management systems designed to systematically adhere to laws and internal regulations.
To obtain this certification, Dongyang has strengthened its compliance management system across the entire organization, including: reorganizing internal regulations related to ethics and compliance management; establishing a compliance risk management framework; operating an internal reporting system; enhancing ethics and compliance training for executives and employees; and implementing internal controls and monitoring.
A Dongyang official said, "This integrated certification will serve as an important milestone in further advancing our ESG management framework beyond simple regulatory compliance," adding, "We will continue to grow as a trusted and sustainable partner for our stakeholders through transparent and responsible management systems."
