LIG Nex1 announced on the 11th that it has delivered school entrance gifts to employees' children entering elementary school this year.
The gift program is part of LIG Nex1's family-friendly management initiative that has continued since 2010. The company has given entrance gifts to more than 2,000 employees' children cumulatively through this year. The program was established to celebrate the meaningful moment of employees' children entering elementary school and to show the company's support for the children's growth.
In March this year, LIG Nex1 delivered a 27-item school supply set to approximately 150 employees' children entering elementary school. The gift included a congratulatory message from the CEO and items typically required by schools for new students.
"Congratulations on your elementary school entrance, filled with excitement and anticipation," LIG Nex1 CEO Shin Ik-hyun said in his message. "I hope you can fully pursue your dreams, just like your parents who keep our country safe."
One employee who received the gift said, "Receiving a gift composed of school supplies my child really needs for elementary school entrance made me feel that the company truly cares about its employees."
LIG Nex1 has implemented various family-friendly management programs to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
