Samsung SDS announced Thursday it has finalized ChatGPT Enterprise supply contracts with industry-leading companies including Korea Zinc, iCraft, and TmaxSoft.
The deals bring Samsung SDS's total client base to more than 10 companies across public, financial, manufacturing, retail, and service sectors. Earlier contracts signed in January include Sectanine and Hana Tour.
ChatGPT Enterprise is a business-only service featuring enhanced security architecture that prevents internal corporate data from being used for AI training, along with strengthened management functions. Samsung SDS became OpenAI's first official reseller partner in Korea last December.
The company provides integrated support covering the entire implementation process—from initial strategy development and full-stack AI design to enterprise-wide deployment and operational optimization. This "one-team" support system encompasses AI consulting, development, operations, cloud services, and security. Samsung SDS also offers a "bootcamp" program consisting of a one-month free trial and three days of dedicated support.
All partner companies are pursuing AI-related initiatives enterprise-wide. Korea Zinc adopted ChatGPT Enterprise to internalize company-wide AI capabilities. iCraft, an AI infrastructure design and construction specialist, plans to maximize operational efficiency in its engineer-focused organization and accelerate digital transformation. TmaxSoft will establish a security-enhanced AI-based development environment.
