GS E&C Opens Model Home for Yeoksam Central Xi in Gangnam

GS Engineering & Construction (006360.KS) announced Wednesday that it has opened a model home for "Yeoksam Central Xi" and will begin full-scale sales.

Yeoksam Central Xi, developed through the Yeoksam-dong (758·Eunhasu·760) Housing Reconstruction Project in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, will consist of four buildings with 237 units ranging from three basement levels to 17 stories above ground. Of these, 87 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 122 square meters will be offered for general sale. The breakdown by exclusive area is: 10 units of 59㎡, 42 units of 84㎡A, 13 units of 84㎡B, 11 units of 84㎡C, 5 units of 84㎡D, and 6 units of 122㎡.

Yeoksam Central Xi is a transit-oriented development located at the center of Gangnam's transportation network. Residents can walk to Hanti Station on the Suin-Bundang Line and Seolleung Station, a transfer hub for the Suin-Bundang and Line 2, providing convenient access throughout Seoul. The complex offers easy access to major arterial roads including Teheran-ro, Gangnam-daero, Nambusunhwan-ro, and Olympic Expressway, enabling smooth travel by car to Gangnam as well as major business districts such as Pangyo, Yeouido, and Gwanghwamun.

The educational environment is also excellent. Dogok Elementary School is located within 550 meters, enabling safe commutes for children. Within a one-kilometer radius, residents can access Gangnam's prestigious School District 8, including Yeoksam Middle School, Dogok Middle School, and Dankook University Middle and High School. The renowned Daechi-dong private academy district is also within walking distance.

The complex's landscaped areas will feature a "Central Plaza," a "Living Garden" where families and neighbors can enjoy leisurely relaxation in daily life, and "Xi Fun Ground," a themed playground designed to nurture children's emotional development and sense of adventure.

The community facility "Club Xian" will include a golf practice range equipped with a GDR system, fitness center, small library, reading room, and coin laundry. Smart IoT systems have been applied for lighting and heating control to enhance daily convenience, while security features including video door phones and early warning safety systems ensure resident safety.

"Yeoksam Central Xi is expected to attract significant interest from buyers as it is located in a prime Gangnam location," a sales official said. "We will do our best to prepare the product so it can become a landmark apartment in the area."

The Yeoksam Central Xi model home operates by reservation at Xi Gallery, 3rd floor, 319 Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Move-in is scheduled for August 2028.
