Songdo Hannaedl Central River Model Home Draws 8,000 Visitors in 3 Days

Yuseung Construction's "Songdo Hannaedl Central River" has attracted strong interest from homebuyers since opening its model home on December 5 and launching its full-scale sales schedule.

The model home recorded approximately 8,000 visitors over three days through the weekend, demonstrating intense demand. Long queues formed from the first day for entry, with visitors crowding the unit viewing areas and consultation spaces, raising expectations for the upcoming subscription period.

The project received strong responses at the model home due to its prime location within Songdo District 11, considered the last development zone and future core area of Incheon Songdo International City, along with product designs befitting such a location.

A 38-year-old visitor surnamed Cho from Incheon's Michuhol District said, "I had been waiting for the official schedule because I thought the living conditions were excellent given the waterfront location within District 11 and the planned kindergarten, elementary, and middle school sites nearby. After looking around, I'm also pleased with the curtain wall exterior, various community facilities, and floor plan designs, so I really hope to win the subscription."

Songdo Hannaedl Central River also drew considerable satisfaction for offering sales conditions that minimize buyer burden along with the advantages of being in a non-regulated area. While Incheon, as a non-regulated area in the Seoul metropolitan region, typically applies a one-year resale restriction, this complex is designated as a "Safe Resale Complex" with only a six-month resale restriction, relatively reducing subscription and loan burdens.

Additionally, various benefits including a first contract deposit of 10 million won and free balcony extension were applied to further lower initial funding burdens.

A 35-year-old visitor surnamed Yang, who is soon to be married, said, "While looking for a home, I came to see this because Incheon Songdo avoids metropolitan area regulations, has relatively lower subscription and loan burdens, and offers potential spillover benefits. After visiting, I'm pleased that the resale restriction is reduced to six months, and conditions like the contract deposit and free balcony provision are all satisfactory, so I plan to apply for the subscription."

Songdo Hannaedl Central River will be built in Block RC3 of Songdo International City District 11 (Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu) as a complex of six buildings with one basement level and 29 above-ground floors, totaling 501 units.
