DreamAge Launches 'Alkeron' Community Playtest in Korea and Japan

DreamAge is conducting a community playtest for its next-generation team-based battle game "Alkeron" in Korea and Japan.

According to the information technology industry on Wednesday, the test runs from the first through third weeks of this month. Intensive testing periods are scheduled every Saturday and Sunday from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., while users can practice the game through "Training Mode" at any other time.

Bonfire Studio has accumulated user experience-based data through community-driven tests previously conducted in North America and Europe, and has now expanded testing to the Asian region. Alkeron is a battle royale-style PvP game where 45 players form 15 teams of three and compete while climbing a tower.

"We hope Korean and Japanese users will discover new fun in Alkeron through their sharp and creative gameplay," DreamAge CEO Jung Woo-yong said.
