In addition to Moon Jin-seok, who sparked a “personnel request” controversy over the presidential office, Chief Representative Kim Bung-gi gave a serious warning against the Democratic Party's Chief Executive Vice President of the House of Representatives.

In addition, Park Sang-hyeok, Chief Communications Officer of the Democratic Party, appeared on SBS Radio 'Kim Tae-hyeon's Political Show' on the 4th and said, “Yesterday (3rd), CEO Kim spoke with Chief Vice President Moon. “He gave a serious warning,” he said, “We also take this matter very seriously.”

Senior Vice President Park said, “In the future, if we have anything to supplement (we will supplement) in relation to this aspect, we will use it as an opportunity to be more alert.”

When asked if there was a message from the President's office regarding this matter, he said, “The President's office issued a warning to the Digital Communications Secretary of the President's Office Kim Nam-kuk (where a letter requesting personnel was delivered),” and “This (warning to Chief Vice President Moon) is a matter within the hospital, and the person in charge is the Chief Representative of the House of Representatives, so he expressed responsibility for it as a serious warning.” At the same time, he added, “I think Secretary Kim was also very inappropriate anyway,” and “I think the measures taken by the President's Office are also appropriate.”

Earlier, a media camera captured Senior Vice President Moon delivering a text message from the same university to Secretary Kim at the National Assembly Hall on the 2nd asking him to recommend a greeting from the same university to the Chairman of the Korea Automobile Industry Association. Looking at the text message in the photo, Secretary Kim responded to the greeting request, “I would recommend it to Hoon-sik (Secretary General of the President's Office Kang Hoon-sik) and my local sister (Kim Jun Jun, 1st Vice President of the President's Office).”

Meanwhile, in this regard, Democratic Party spokesperson Moon Geum-joo met with reporters after the policy coordination meeting at the National Assembly on the same day and said, “There was no separate discussion on (Chief Vice President Moon's) career,” and “I know that in a literal sense, Chief Vice President Moon did not ask for personnel from Deputy General Manager Kim Jun.” As for the reason why he did not attend the policy coordination meeting on this day, he said, “I'm not feeling well due to a few days of overwork, such as spending two days during the budget negotiation process,” and “Why don't you express your position soon?”
