'Science and Technology Award of the Month' Lee Kwan-hyung, Professor, Department of Materials Engineering, Seoul National University

Lee Kwan-hyung (pictured), a professor at the Department of Materials Engineering at Seoul National University, was selected as the December winner of the 'Science and Technology of the Month' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and co-organized by the Korea Research Foundation and the Seoul Economic Daily. Professor Lee laid the foundation for the development of next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductors by developing the “Hypo Taxi” process, an innovative technology that can synthesize two-dimensional semiconductors in a large (large) area. ▷Page 16 of the article
