
Yoon Byung-ho (pictured), former Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force, has been appointed executive vice chairman of the Korea Aerospace Industries Association.
The Korea Aerospace Industries Association said on the 3rd that Yoon has taken office as its 15th executive vice chairman and as the 13th vice chairman of the Korea Aerospace Technology Research Association. The new executive vice chairman was commissioned as a member of the 38th class of the Korea Air Force Academy and served as commander of the 16th Fighter Wing, chief of personnel at Air Force Headquarters, Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and superintendent of the Korea Air Force Academy.
"We expect that, based on his expertise in military policy and organizational management, cooperation with the National Assembly on budgets and legislation, international networks and education, he will contribute to aerospace industry policy support, strengthening export competitiveness, and revitalizing the industrial ecosystem," the association said.
