
SkyIntelligence, a digital twin and synthetic data infrastructure company, participated in the publication of a white paper on physical AI for high-precision manufacturing led by Nvidia and ABB Robotics, the company said on the 22nd. Collaboration between SkyIntelligence and Nvidia in the digital twin market is intensifying.
SkyIntelligence took part in the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC 2026) held in Shanghai, China, attending the white paper launch ceremony for physical AI in high-precision manufacturing held at the ABB Robotics booth. Representatives from global companies including ABB Robotics, Nvidia, Deloitte, and AsiaInfo joined SkyIntelligence at the ceremony.
The white paper was jointly published by ABB Robotics and Nvidia. SkyIntelligence, along with Deloitte and AsiaInfo, participated as a major contributing institution and was named in the paper.
The core content of the white paper concerns the direction for implementing physical AI in high-precision manufacturing. According to the paper, industrial physical AI is not a single AI model or robotics technology, but an integrated engineering system in which robot systems, AI computing, simulation, digital twins, synthetic data, data governance, robot vision, and on-site feedback are organically connected. This system aims to build a framework that is verifiable, deployable, and scalable in real manufacturing environments.
Following the white paper launch ceremony, SkyIntelligence also held a signing ceremony to formalize its strategic partnership with ABB Robotics. The collaboration focuses on linking SkyIntelligence's precision synthetic data generation pipeline with ABB RobotStudio to support the verification and adoption of physical AI technology in industrial manufacturing environments.
Key areas of cooperation include the development of industrial robot simulation scenarios, evaluation of synthetic data generation workflows, robot vision AI training and verification, deployment preparation for real manufacturing environments, and technology exchange. SkyIntelligence will be responsible for technical contributions centered on industrial digital twins, task-level synthetic data, automatic annotation, and the Real-to-Simulation-to-Real (Real2Sim2Real) engineering loop.
