NHN Cloud is moving to cultivate specialized talent in artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing.
NHN Cloud said Tuesday that it will run an "AI Factory GPU-Accelerated MLOps School" program in partnership with Goodee Academy, a Best HRD Academy (BHA) certified by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL).
The program was designed to train MLOps (machine learning operations) specialists, demand for which has surged alongside the growth of the AI industry. As companies focus on securing talent capable of handling not only AI model development but also stable operation, deployment, and performance optimization, NHN Cloud plans to nurture AI and cloud professionals who can be deployed immediately in the field through practice-oriented training.
Goodee Academy will oversee and operate the training program, while NHN Cloud will provide technical education such as curriculum design and certification linkage through its own education center. NHN Cloud Education Center operates cloud technology training and accredited certification courses, providing education programs for companies and working professionals. Through this initiative, the company plans to expand the scope of its education to prospective developers and AI talent, and to systematically provide the practical skills demanded in industrial settings.
Certified instructors from the education center will personally teach the NHN Cloud usage courses, incorporating real service operation experience and technical know-how into the curriculum.
Using NHN Cloud's high-performance AI infrastructure, trainees will acquire practical skills needed for container operation based on Docker and Kubernetes, MLOps pipeline construction, automation of AI model training and deployment, and cloud-based AI service operation, all in an environment optimized for AI education. Working professionals from AI and data specialist companies including WISEiTECH, Suresofttech, Dayton, and AI Nation will participate in course design, lectures, and mentoring to share their actual work experience and the latest technology trends.
The training program will run for about six months, from the 29th of this month to December 29, totaling 1,000 hours.
