
GS Neotek announced Tuesday that it presented an artificial intelligence (AI)-based methodology for shortening incident analysis at the "Amazon Web Services (AWS) Ambassador Global Summit 2026," held in Seattle on June 3.
This year's event drew a total of 129 AWS Ambassadors from 29 countries, who shared technology strategies, service directions, and customer success stories. AWS Ambassador is a designation granted to experts within the AWS Partner Network (APN) who have demonstrated their ability to strengthen AWS capabilities within their organizations and exhibit external technical leadership.
At the summit, Choi Sung-woo, an AI research engineer at GS Neotek's AI Center, gave a presentation titled "Petabyte-Scale Root Cause Analysis Completed in 20 Minutes." Choi introduced a methodology that reduces the context delivered to large language models (LLMs) by about 80 percent through a generative AI-based "incident agent" architecture. This applies to the root cause analysis (RCA) process, which previously took up to three hours and 30 minutes in environments with petabyte-scale operational data and peak traffic. Using this method, tool calls can be parallelized to cut response time by about four times compared with sequential processing. Choi also introduced practical operational patterns that help internal and external operators perform rapid and repetitive incident analysis using only natural language commands.
Choi received a special award at the event, the "AWS Ambassador Certification All-Star Award." The award honors the achievements of ambassadors who have contributed to customer success and technical leadership within the AWS ecosystem, recognizing their expertise and capability development across various technical domains including AWS architecture, development, operations, security, and data.
