KT, undergoing a major workforce restructuring since new CEO Park Yun-young took office, is concentrating its top talent in the newly established AI Transformation (AX) Business Division. The company is selecting 30% of employees from existing divisions and reassigning them to the AX unit. The move is seen as an effort to consolidate human resources to achieve the vision Park presented at his inauguration on December 31: transforming KT into an "AX platform company within three years."
