SK AX announced on the 19th the launch of its new integrated brand "AXgenticWire," accelerating enterprise operational innovation based on agentic artificial intelligence.
AXgenticWire combines agentic AI—which autonomously makes judgments and executes tasks—with "Rewire," a fundamental redesign of corporate structures. The concept aims to optimize enterprise decision-making and overall operations through agentic AI.
The rapid advancement of generative AI technology has increased the use of AI agents that automate specific tasks, creating growing demand for integrated management systems that coordinate collaboration among multiple AI agents. While individual task efficiency may improve, these gains do not necessarily translate into company-wide productivity increases.
SK AX provides a multi-agent operating environment where various AI agents collaborate on reasoning, decision-making, and execution based on structured data that AI models can understand and learn from. The company focuses on delivering AX operating foundations tailored to each enterprise's systems through its AI Ops capabilities—technology that automates and intelligences IT systems—accumulated within SK AX.
This technology is being used by a leading global advanced manufacturing company to operate its supply chain management. Previously, the company required human workers to manually collect data scattered across multiple systems, analyze it, and establish production plans. Now, the agentic AI operating system connects various data sources in real time to perform immediate demand and inventory analysis. This has reduced the time required to establish production plans. When issues such as demand fluctuations or inventory shortages arise, AI agents collaborate to analyze causes and develop response measures, accelerating decision-making for production plan adjustments.
