
LG CNS announced on the 2nd that it will recruit over 100 experienced professionals in the first half of this year for future core business areas including artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics.
The recruitment covers AI, robotics, global finance, consulting, data centers, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and smart factories. Candidates with practical experience and expertise in relevant fields may apply regardless of academic major or years of experience. LG CNS plans to hire talent capable of applying cutting-edge technologies to industrial settings to drive business innovation.
By recruitment area, AI positions are responsible for designing and implementing AI models and services optimized for client businesses. LG CNS AX talent will develop agentic AI specialized for various sectors including finance, public services, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, building industry-specific AI capabilities.
In the public sector, LG CNS conducted Korea's first proof-of-concept for an agentic AI-based digital currency automatic payment system in partnership with the Bank of Korea. The company is also executing large-scale projects including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' intelligent AI data platform.
In the financial sector, LG CNS is pursuing major AX projects including NH NongHyup Bank's generative AI platform and Mirae Asset Life Insurance's next-generation information system.
In pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, the company built an automated product quality evaluation system for Chong Kun Dang based on agentic AI and signed a contract related to the KAI new drug development platform promoted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
Robotics positions involve training robots for rapid deployment at industrial sites and advancing operations and control platforms for stable and efficient performance.
LG CNS is currently conducting proof-of-concept testing for industrial humanoid robots with approximately 10 logistics and manufacturing clients.
Through its AI and Robotics R&D Center in Silicon Valley, LG CNS researches next-generation robot technologies. Its domestic Future Robotics Lab focuses on field application-oriented robotics R&D. The company is also expanding strategic partnerships with global robotics firms including Skild AI.
