NC AI, a company specializing in industry-specific artificial intelligence, announced on the 9th that it has signed a business agreement with Communication&Culture for AI-powered content production and operational efficiency.
The signing ceremony, held on the 6th at NC AI's headquarters in Pangyo, Seongnam, was attended by key executives from both companies, including Lim Su-jin, Chief Business Officer of NC AI, and Maeng Seo-hyun, CEO of Communication&Culture, who discussed mutual cooperation plans.
The agreement aims to identify practical applications of AI technology in response to rapidly changing fashion market trends and marketing environments, and to validate technology models applicable to actual business operations. The partnership particularly targets improved operational efficiency and enhanced competitiveness across the entire marketing business spectrum, from content production to performance analysis.
Communication&Culture is a brand commerce company that has achieved cumulative sales exceeding 150 billion won based on fashion and lifestyle D2C business. Leveraging data from approximately 600,000 accumulated members and marketing execution capabilities built through actual brand operations, the company operates the AI marketing agent "LeadUp," supporting brand growth through data-driven decision-making and automation.
Under the agreement, both companies will pursue multifaceted collaboration including identifying use cases for marketing and business content production using AI technology, and jointly verifying the quality, efficiency, and practical applicability of AI-generated content. Through this partnership, they plan to improve inefficiencies in existing marketing and business processes and create an environment for producing high-quality content more quickly and flexibly.
NC AI is actively expanding industry-specific AI technologies applicable to field operations across major domestic industrial sectors including manufacturing, logistics, and content. The company's core strategy goes beyond providing general-purpose AI models to supporting business innovation with customized solutions that learn each industry's unique data and processes.
As part of this strategy, NC AI will actively deploy its proprietary service "Varco ArtFashion," which has been continuously developed for fashion domain applications. Varco ArtFashion is a service equipped with image generation and design support functions specialized for the fashion industry, and is a proven solution already adopted and used by numerous fashion companies. Both companies will particularly focus on building commerce-specific processes that enable fashion sellers to easily and quickly produce and distribute high-quality content.
"NC AI applies AI based on actual field operations," said Lim, CBO of NC AI. "Through this agreement, we will continue to create demonstrative cases that naturally integrate AI into content production and marketing across the fashion industry."
"We want to help great Korean brands be loved worldwide and enable companies' key talent to focus on more strategic and productive work," said Maeng, CEO of Communication&Culture. "Our goal is to grow into a company that has a positive impact on the world."
