AI Spera, an AI-based cybersecurity company led by CEO Kang Byung-tak, announced that its public sector attack surface management (ASM) platform "Criminal IP KASM" has obtained the Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP) SaaS Simple certification operated by the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
CSAP is a national certification system that evaluates the security and stability of cloud services used by public institutions. The CSAP SaaS Simple certification is granted when services meet key requirements for public sector SaaS services, including service stability, data protection, and security functions. Criminal IP KASM received stable evaluations in network security, data protection, and continuous response areas to earn the certification.
Criminal IP KASM is an AI-based attack surface management platform provided by AI Spera that detects external exposed assets of enterprises and institutions in real-time and uses AI to analyze attack risk levels to support preemptive responses. The platform automatically analyzes various security elements including vulnerable systems, exposed ports, and software with vulnerable versions, and provides functionality to prioritize high-risk areas.
In addition to the CSAP certification, AI Spera has continuously strengthened product reliability by securing domestic and international security certifications including PCI DSS, GS certification, and K-PaaS certification. The company plans to further solidify its position as a reliable security solution provider in the cloud market, including for national and public institutions, through this CSAP certification.
