Daejeon Techno Park (Daejeon TP) announced on the 1st that six robot companies from the Daejeon region will participate in the “Daejeon K-Robot Joint Hall” to showcase their technology at the “2025 Tokyo International Robot Exhibition (iRex 2025)” to be held at Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan from December 3 to 6.
iRex is one of the top three robot-specialized exhibitions in the world, co-hosted by the Japan Robotics Industry Association (JARA) and the Nihon Keizai Shimbun. This year, more than 600 companies from 15 countries will participate to introduce advanced technologies such as industrial and service robots, artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous driving, sensors, and motion control under the theme of robot and AI convergence and digital transformation.
Daejeon TP will operate the 'Daejeon K-Robot Joint Hall' with Daejeon City and Korea AI and Robot Industry Association to support 6 robot companies in the Daejeon region in the fields of communication, drones, autonomous robots, grippers, and precise positioning to showcase excellent technology and explore opportunities for cooperation with Japanese and global buyers.
Six companies will participate in this exhibition, including Skytech (drone-based energy infrastructure diagnosis technology), Cinerex (high-precision RTK GPS solution), Thin Grip (electric gripper for industrial and collaborative robots), Emblem (AI-based autonomous guidance robot), Comesta (digital wireless transmission and reception system), and Korea Information Systems (KIS, high-precision drone/security solutions), and will focus on showcasing their core technologies.
Through this exhibition, Daejeon TP plans to effectively promote the excellent technology and product competitiveness of Daejeon robot companies to the global market by strengthening ties with the global market, including Japan, and accelerating practical achievements such as technical cooperation, export, and joint research, and follow-up support for entering the global value chain.

The iRex 2025 Daejeon K-Robot Joint Hall will be available at Tokyo Big Sight West Hall (West Hall) booth W3-52 from December 3rd to 6th.
