As demand for long-term residence combined with golf grows rapidly, "The Community A," a golf residence operated by Olympic CC, is drawing attention from golfers.
According to Olympic CC on Monday, The Community A runs three programs as experiential stages toward lifelong residence, going beyond simply offering lodging or rounds of golf. The shortest unit is a two-night, three-day experiential program targeting demand for those who want to enjoy golf and rest at the same time over a short period.
The intermediate stage, a six-night, 24-round golf program, allows guests to enjoy rounds over one season while concretely experiencing life at the residence.
The final stage, a "month-long stay" program, lets guests enjoy golf alongside daily life through an extended stay, offering a preview of settling here completely and spending a lifetime at the location.
Olympic CC also plans to offer a two-night, three-day experiential program during the holiday period running from the 17th to the 19th of next month. The program is characterized by a structure that prioritizes the quality of the space and experience even within a short schedule.
Olympic CC runs such experiential programs because demand to enjoy golf and daily life together over several days, or as long as a month, rather than a single day's round of golf, is emerging as a new trend among golfers.
"A new consumption trend is emerging that values the worth of the space where one stays as much as the course itself, and The Community A is being spotlighted as a golf residence model that can meet such demand," an Olympic CC official said.
