Pixel Software, a park golf integrated operations platform company, and The White Communication (TWC), an artificial intelligence (AI) customer consultation solutions company, are moving to enhance park golf services using AI voice technology.
The two companies signed a "memorandum of understanding for the activation of VoicePark and business cooperation" on the 17th of this month, they said Friday. The agreement centers on improving user convenience by combining Pixel Software's park golf operations platform with TWC's AI voice consultation and chatbot technology.
"VoicePark," operated by Pixel Software, is a platform that provides integrated booking, membership management, and payment functions for park golf courses nationwide. It is equipped with a system that supports overall park golf course operations, including tournament registration and game management support.
Through the agreement, the two companies plan to introduce an AI callbot function to provide voice-based booking inquiries, game schedule checks, score inquiries, and consultation services. In particular, the companies aim to improve accessibility so that senior users who are not familiar with digital devices can use the services with voice commands alone.
In addition, the two companies will strengthen cooperation to expand the service and broaden its user base, targeting courses, clubs, and local governments. To this end, they plan to form a working-level council to gradually pursue new feature development, service quality enhancement, and market development.
"This agreement will serve as an opportunity to elevate the user experience by incorporating AI voice technology into Korea's first subscription-based park golf integrated operations platform," a Pixel Software official said. "Through cooperation with TWC, we will provide differentiated services in the rapidly growing park golf market."
A TWC official said, "This is a meaningful collaboration that applies our proven AI customer consultation and voice solution capabilities to the new field of park golf." The official added, "By combining the strengths of both companies, we will create innovative services that satisfy both users and operators."
