Titleist has unveiled two new GTS fairway woods. The company said the new products deliver higher launch, lower spin, and improved forgiveness on tee shots and from the fairway through a lower and deeper center-of-gravity design, a heel-toe adjustable weight system, and advanced face technology.
The core of the GTS fairway woods lies in their center-of-gravity design. Carbon composite material is applied not only to the crown but also to the sides of the head, securing about 16 grams of discretionary mass, which has been repositioned to the bottom of the head. The lowered center of gravity helps produce a stable ball flight.
The GTS2 model focuses on enhancing stability at address by lowering the face height and increasing the head size. The GTS3 model features a deep-face structure with a relatively higher face height and a compact head design.
The newly improved sole design allows the leading edge to sit more naturally against the turf and enables stable contact from various lies, supporting consistent shots. Weights on the heel and toe allow golfers to adjust ball flight and shot shape.
