Lakeside CC, a golf club in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, said Wednesday it will launch a summer special menu developed in collaboration with Yeo Kyung-ok, a master of Chinese cuisine.
The menu features six dishes, ranging from chilled seafood and jellyfish to traditional-style Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, braised pork belly (dongpo rou), stir-fried Korean beef sirloin with black pepper, fish in suzi sauce, and a rice bowl topped with stir-fried shredded ingredients (liu san si).
The dishes were created by combining the Chinese cooking techniques passed down by Yeo with the expertise of Lakeside CC's chefs.
"Through these collaboration dishes, which embody Chef Yeo's techniques and craftsmanship, we aim to offer a more distinctive culinary experience to customers visiting the golf club," a Lakeside CC official said. "We expect new synergy from the collaboration between our golf club's professional chefs and a master of Chinese cuisine."
"This is my first collaboration with a golf club," Yeo said. "It is meaningful to expand my cuisine to a new stage, the golf course."
