The Korea Professional Golfers' Association (KPGA) Tour's KPGA Classic, with a total prize purse of 700 million won, will be held under the title "KPGA Classic with I'm Vita."
The KPGA said it has signed a "presenting sponsorship" agreement with Chong Kun Dang Health. "It will be pursued as a practical partnership focused on successful operation, player support, and expanding fan touchpoints," the association explained. Under the format, the company provides partial support for the tournament hosted and organized by the association.
The tournament will be held from June 11 to 14 at the Northwest Course (par 72, 7,199 yards) of Cypress Golf & Resort in Jeju under the modified Stableford format.
Chong Kun Dang Health will operate the "I'm Vita Station" at the first hole to promote its brand I'm Vita, and will name the 17th hole the "I'm Vita Hole" to host a hole-in-one event. The company will also operate a space within the clubhouse to introduce its other brands, Benfobel and Kefem.
"Since golf is a sport where managing one's condition over long hours is important, we hope both players and fans will naturally experience on-site the value of the healthy routines and vitality that the brand proposes," a Chong Kun Dang Health official said. "Through this tournament, we will more broadly promote the value of I'm Vita as a premium vitamin partner and meaningfully contribute to fostering a healthy sports culture."
