Jim Furyk and Keegan Bradley have joined the U.S. team as assistant captains for the 2026 Presidents Cup.
The Associated Press and other outlets reported Tuesday (local time) that U.S. team captain Brandt Snedeker has named Furyk and Bradley as his assistants. The Presidents Cup is a men's team golf competition between the United States and an International team (excluding Europe), held every two years. This year's edition will take place over four days starting September 24 at Medinah Country Club's No. 3 Course in Chicago.
Furyk led the U.S. team to victory as captain at the 2024 Presidents Cup and is also set to captain the U.S. team at the 2027 Ryder Cup against Europe. Bradley competed as a player at the 2024 Presidents Cup and served as captain at the 2025 Ryder Cup.
"Both of them have tremendous experience as leaders representing the United States," Snedeker said. "They are respected by players across multiple generations."
