The 21st Ping Mania Open was held at Asiana Country Club in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, on the 13th, Ping Golf announced on the 14th.
The tournament, hosted by Ping Mania Club, the official fan club of Ping, drew 80 participants who use Ping clubs. All competitors entered the event with Ping clubs custom-fitted to their body types and swings. Participants unanimously described the event as "a golf festival everyone could enjoy together."
Ping Mania Club, established in 2005, currently has approximately 32,000 active members. The members voluntarily organize various monthly gatherings and participate in charitable activities each winter, delivering briquettes to underprivileged neighbors.
Cho Young-hwi claimed the medalist honors, while Lee Seung-chul won the New Peoria format competition. A variety of other prizes were also presented to participants.
