The 2026 Mungyeong Football Festa, billed as "a soccer festival for youth players," will be held over two days starting Saturday in Mungyeong, North Gyeongsang Province.
The tournament is co-hosted by soccer specialty media outlet Best Eleven and the Mungyeong City Sports Council, organized by the Mungyeong City Football Association, and sponsored by the city of Mungyeong and the Mungyeong City Council. A total of 68 purely amateur teams will compete across three divisions: "4-on-4 Air Pitch Soccer" for first- and second-grade elementary school students, "6-on-6 Mini Soccer" for third graders, and "8-on-8 Soccer" for fourth- through sixth-grade students.
With a total prize pool of 10 million won ($7,300), the tournament will provide all participating players with sports safety insurance coverage, Panini soccer card packs, and beverages.
