Voice Caddie, a Korean golf rangefinder brand, has entered the golf ball market.
The company said Monday it has launched the "Voice Caddie V Golf Ball," developed to reflect the swing characteristics and playing styles of Korean golfers. "We developed the ball based on the insight that tee-shot distance variability has a decisive impact on scores," Voice Caddie said. "In particular, we applied an ultra-low compression design to maximize distance even with less force." Unlike typical golf balls with compression ratings in the 70s and 80s commonly used in the domestic market, the Voice Caddie V Golf Ball features an ultra-low compression design in the 40s.
"Standard high-compression balls deliver high energy transfer efficiency at fast swing speeds, but they can cause distance loss with swings that carry relatively less power," Voice Caddie said. "Accordingly, Voice Caddie completed the V Golf Ball as a product that addresses the limitations of existing offerings."
The Voice Caddie V Golf Ball comes in two models: V-Soft (2-piece) and V-Control (3-piece). The V-Soft maximizes swing energy transfer and delivers outstanding distance performance with a soft impact. The V-Control supports more refined control based on precise spin performance.
