Show Golf is launching nighttime operations at its Gimpo Airport branch as the spring golf season gets underway.
The company said Monday that it will operate the Gimpo Airport location until 1 a.m. daily for approximately seven months from April 10 through October 31.
Show Golf is tapping into growing interest in nighttime driving ranges across the golf market. Demand among office workers for practice facilities available after work hours has been steadily rising, making late-night availability an increasingly important factor in choosing a driving range.
In line with this trend, the Show Golf Gimpo Airport branch plans to attract nighttime customers by leveraging its strength as a large-scale driving range with excellent accessibility from Seoul and the greater metropolitan area.
The facility is one of the largest driving ranges in the capital region, featuring a roughly 300-yard distance range and 175 hitting bays. Wide spacing between bays and a comfortable environment provide a practice setting suitable for golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
The nighttime opening period also comes with tangible price benefits. Customers who pay at on-site kiosks after 11 p.m. daily can use the facility for 17,800 won, making it an attractive option for those seeking a cost-effective driving range.
"Trends in driving range usage are shifting rapidly toward time efficiency," a Show Golf official said. "Through nighttime operations, we aim to allow more customers to enjoy golf without burden, and we plan to continue expanding services that set the standard for driving range selection."
