TaylorMade unveiled its System2 putters, a premium milled putter line, on Friday.
The new products deliver exceptional feel and consistent performance, the company said. The putters feature precision-milled faces and utilize metal injection molding (MIM) technology to achieve optimal weight distribution. Weight on the back of the face was strategically reduced and redistributed to the heel and toe to enhance stability at impact.
The head is made of 304 stainless steel. Its inherently soft characteristics provide superior responsiveness and feel. This translates into precise distance control and subtle feedback delivered through the hands at impact.
In terms of design, a two-tone finish maximizes visual alignment. The satin-scratch silver on the front and black finish on the rear create a sharp contrast that aids alignment at address. The lineup includes three blade models — Soto, Juno and Del Monte — and two mallet models — Bandon and Ardmore.
