Samsung C&T Corporation's Resort Division announced Thursday that its Gapyeong, Anseong, and Dongrae Benest Golf Clubs (GC) and Glen Ross Golf Club are hosting a variety of customer participation events to mark the start of the spring season.
First, social media photo verification events open to all visitors will be held. Gapyeong Benest GC upgraded its facilities this spring for greater customer convenience, including expanding parking space in front of the clubhouse and installing massage chairs in on-course shelters. Throughout April, customers who photograph the newly renovated spaces, upload them to their personal Instagram accounts, and submit screenshots to the event page will be entered in a drawing for prizes including a 200,000 won restaurant discount voucher, a limousine cart upgrade pass, and coffee coupons.
Dongrae Benest GC will offer tattoo stickers to customers from April 6 through April 26. Visitors who apply the stickers and post photos on social media with designated hashtags will receive scratch-off lottery tickets with a 100% win rate. Winners can receive practical gifts such as ball towels and laundry bags.
Glen Ross GC will hold a month-long event in April where customers who upload photos taken with the club's peacock mascot to social media will be entered in a drawing for prizes including a 150,000 won food and beverage voucher, a complimentary cart fee pass, and coffee vouchers.
Anseong Benest GC will run a poetry-writing event called "Write a Poem This Spring" from April 20 through May 17. Prizes include a complimentary weekday round for one group and a 30,000 won mobile gift card. Anseong Benest GC's Instagram account will also host an acrostic poem comment event themed around "Anseong Benest" and "Chilhyeon Waterfall."
Each golf club's restaurant is also introducing seasonal limited-time menus featuring fresh spring ingredients such as jjukkumi (baby octopus), abalone, spring greens, and water parsley. Details on the events and new menus are available on the Benest Golf website or mobile app.
