
Volvik, a homegrown Korean golf brand, announced on the 27th that its board of directors officially appointed Jang Seok-heon (56) as the new chief executive officer.
Jang graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in international economics and has built extensive expertise in finance and management, serving as chief financial officer (CFO) at Korea Long-Term Credit Bank, Korea Technology Investment Corporation (KTIC), Coamagic and Hyundai Rental Service. He has been leading the company's operations as head of overall management at Volvik since April 2023.
"I will strengthen the global market competitiveness of Volvik, a homegrown golf brand representing Korea," Jang said. "I will achieve sustainable growth based on trust and innovation."
