
South Korea's national football team, led by head coach Hong Myung-bo, has arrived in Milton Keynes, England, to prepare for their upcoming friendly against Côte d'Ivoire.
The squad's main contingent arrived at London's Heathrow Airport on the afternoon of June 23 (local time). The team immediately traveled to Milton Keynes, located approximately 80 kilometers from London, and checked into their accommodation.
Coach Hong traveled with K League players including Jo Hyeon-woo (Ulsan HD) and Kim Jin-gyu (Jeonbuk). European-based players such as Son Heung-min (LA FC), Lee Kang-in (Paris Saint-Germain), Kim Min-jae (Bayern Munich) and Lee Jae-sung (Mainz) also completed their arrivals at the team's base.
Cho Gue-sung and Lee Han-beom, who play for Denmark's FC Midtjylland, and versatile player Jens Castrop (Borussia Mönchengladbach) have not yet joined. However, the full squad is expected to be assembled for the first training session on June 24.
