Yang Ha-eun and Ji Eun-chae of Hwaseong City Corporation claimed the inaugural women's doubles championship at the 2026 Dunamu Pro Table Tennis League, while Jang Han-jae and An Jun-young of the Korea Armed Forces Athletic Corps took the men's title.
In the Series 1 women's doubles final held at Incheon Airport Corporation Sky Dome in Jung-gu, Incheon on the 22nd, Yang and Ji defeated Korean Air's Jeong Eun-song and Moon Cho-won 3-2 (13-11, 11-4, 10-12, 9-11, 7-5) in a hard-fought full-game match.
The victory gave Yang and Ji the honor of becoming the first women's doubles champions in the league's newly introduced doubles competition. The winners received 2 million won in prize money.
The Korea Pro Table Tennis Federation added men's and women's doubles events this season, marking the league's second year of operation.
Yang and Ji seized early momentum by winning the first game in a deuce battle. After taking the second game 11-4, they appeared headed for a comfortable victory but faltered after losing the third and fourth games consecutively.
However, the pair regained composure in the decisive fifth game. Trailing 2-4, they mounted a comeback to level at 5-5, then scored two consecutive points to clinch the championship.
